Fulfillment terms governing digital pass generation, instant electronic delivery, and on-campus check-in for PIRAVI '26 at Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology.
100% Instant Digital Delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Event passes and workshop confirmations are generated instantly on-screen and transmitted electronically to the delegate's registered email. Physical festival badges are handed over at Ahalia Main Gate 01 during check-in.
1. Non-Applicability of Physical Freight Shipping
PIRAVI '26 is an in-person, educational collegiate technological symposium conducted on-site at Ahalia Knowledge Village, Palakkad.
The services provided via this online portal are educational event entries, workshop seat allocations, and competition arena registrations.
Consequently, physical shipping or dispatch of goods via courier, postal freight, or third-party logistics to personal residential addresses is NOT applicable.
2. Instant Electronic Delivery of Credentials
Immediate Digital Clearance: Upon successful online registration and clearance, official event access credentials are delivered instantly to the participant.
On-Screen Slip: A printable Participant Clearance Pass featuring a cryptographic Participant ID (e.g., ASET-PIR26-XXXX) and scannable QR verification code is generated immediately upon submission.
Email & SMS Confirmation: A digital confirmation notice containing the arena schedule, venue guidelines, and payment transaction receipt is electronically dispatched to the participant's registered email address and mobile number.
3. On-Campus Festival Kit & Badge Collection
Physical delegate badges, festival passes, lanyard cards, workshop notebooks, and official meal vouchers are distributed in-person at the campus check-in desk.
Reporting Location: Ahalia Knowledge Village, Main Gate 01 & Central Conclave Registration Counter, Kozhippara, Palakkad, Kerala.
Check-In Timings: Registration desks operate from 08:00 IST to 18:00 IST on Day 01 (November 14, 2026) and throughout the festival days.
Verification Requirement: Delegates must present their digital clearance slip (on mobile or printed) along with their valid College Identity Card to collect their physical festival package.
4. Troubleshooting Digital Pass Non-Receipt
If you do not receive your digital confirmation email within 15 minutes of registration, please check your spam or promotions folder.
You can also download or reprint your digital pass directly from our portal or retrieve it by presenting your registered mobile number at the Ahalia Campus Help Desk on event day.
