Theoretical Science Meets Applied Engineering.
Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology, Palakkad presents the nineteenth annual conclave of computation, robotics, and sovereign technology.
Nineteen years of uncompromising student craftsmanship.
PIRAVI is the flagship annual collegiate technology symposium organized by the students, faculty, and research councils of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology, Palakkad.
Nestled against the Western Ghats within the expansive 1000-acre lush sanctuary of Ahalia Health Heritage and Knowledge Village at Kozhippara, Palakkad, ASET has cultivated an environment where technical theory meets industrial reality.
Conceived in 2007, PIRAVI was born out of a desire to create a festival free from corporate fluff and superficial pageantry. Over nearly two decades, it has evolved into a crucible where undergraduate engineers, hardware hackers, algorithmists, and designers pit their skills against challenging technical problem statements.
What Drives the Symposium
Four inviolable commitments that shape our 42 competitive arenas and technical masterclasses.
Engineering Rigour
Every arena in PIRAVI is crafted around verified computational and mechanical benchmarks. We test fundamental engineering depth, low-level architecture, and real-world execution rather than superficial demos.
Open Pedagogy
All masterclasses, hackathon repositories, and workshop toolkits are shared freely under open access philosophies, giving collegiate developers across the subcontinent equal footing to build sovereign technology.
Autonomous Innovation
From sovereign edge computing to multi-rotor aerial drones and autonomous terrestrial rovers, PIRAVI champions hardware sovereignty and applied embedded systems.
Student-Led Secretariat
Organized, designed, and executed entirely by the student body of ASET Palakkad in close coordination with academic chairs and industry fellows, fostering generational leadership.
